The controller is Szymon Bereda (giftfinderassistant@gmail.com). Quick picks run in your browser. When you click “Match 10 ideas with AI”, we send the form data (age, relationship, occasion, budget, currency, market, interests, your category ratings) and your description to our server, which passes them to the language model provider Anthropic PBC to generate the ideas. The legal basis is providing the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not store the description or the results on our server. Anthropic processes the data as our processor under its terms, including outside the European Economic Area (in the USA) under GDPR transfer mechanisms. Do not include names, contact details or health information in the description. We store your settings, draft description, chosen theme and idea ratings in your browser (localStorage) so you do not have to re-enter them. You can delete them in your browser settings. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention. The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you click a store link you leave the site, and the store may set its own cookies under its own policy. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: giftfinderassistant@gmail.com.
